June 6, 1995 to May 21, 2010

When I moved to Lubbock in 1995 I missed my sister's dog, Bougey. When my mom came to visit me she brought Spankie to me. Brandi and Rob had gone to Dallas to get him. I love him so much. He went everywhere with me. He slept with Chris and me up until the last couple of years. He would lay with me and watch tv and he was just the most precious dog in the world. Kyli and Kenna love him so much and he loves them back. It is unconditional love. My heart is broken and I can't stop the crying and the aching for just one more minute with my baby boy. I am so blessed that God gave him to me for 16 years. We have so many wonderful memories my little stinky man.

Please pray for us to find peace and the comfort that we so need right now.

Captain Chris Davis

My husband just got promoted to Captain of Internal Affairs with Texas Parks and Wildlife. I am so proud of him. He is awesome at what he does. He also takes very good care of me and the girls.

Today I went and had laser hair removal on my bikini area. OUCH! Man it was painful. It will be all worth it though when I put my swimsuit on. I go back every 6 weeks for 5 more treatments.
I think next time I will have a margarita-stiff one- before I go.

What an amazing weekend. We put down 10 pallets of grass Friday. Kyli stayed with Mimi and Pawpaw and went shopping for her birthday. Mom took Kenna to Brandi's on Friday. Our yard looks great. Party was awesome. Sunny and hot. Perfect for a swim party. God is so good!

I am so blessed for having a healthy, beautiful 7 year old!

Chris and I are so blessed! We both have an amazing set of parents. Our girls are also well behaved and sweet. Well, most of the time.

Chris and Kyli caught this at his parents house one day after schoolKyli got a kitty for her upcoming 7th birthday. Let's just say... sharing doesn't work to well in our house. So the next day we went and let Kenna pick one out.

Granny's 89 bday in Fredericksburg. It also happened to be Mother's Day!

Celebrating Mother's Day in Fredericksburg with Chris Family. Church, lunch at Mamacitas and spending day with the family makes for a fantastic day!

May 15th is Kyli's 7th birthday. I can't believe how fast my babies are growing. They are the love of my life. I am so thankful that God chose me to be their mommy.

Marvelous Monday

Today we did not have school. It was awesome. The girls got out their art box and worked for about an hour. Then we headed to Nanis, went to Chilis and Wal-mart. Came home and played in the pool.

Kenna is topless once again! I'll post more pics tomorrow! What a fantastic weekend. Only 5 weeks left of school. I can't wait.
