Our Christmas Vacay

We left December 27th for our Christmas vacation in Durango. On our way we stopped at Lubbock and visited Texas Tech University. We told the girls that we would buy a house and live with them when they went to college if they went to TECH! They liked the idea. Let's see what they think when they are older.

We stayed the night in Alberqurque

On Friday we finished our drive.

 Headed up the mountain to Purgatory

On Friday we arrived to Durango Mountain Resort around lunchtime. All we did the first day was play in the snow, get equipment and book private lessons for the girls. I love this mountain. It is family friendly and everything is right there. We did not get in our truck once. LOVE that! Stay tuned for Day 2.
