Short Visit

Chris flew home again because he got supeniaed to court. Yeah for us!!! We had 3 full days together. He got to see girls last basketball game! They had a great season. KB had a lemonade stand with Khloe and Kyli went to a bday party at Longhorn Caverns on Sunday. Only 3 more weeks and Chris will finally graduate from FBI academy. I am counting down the days!!!!!

Missing My Hubby

Chris came home this past 3 day weekend. Woo Hoo! That means we have made it half way. As of today there are 28 days until we leave to Virginia for his graduation. I CANNOT wait! We miss him like crazy.

I have decide to try the 24 day Advocare Challenge. I pray I can do this!

We have officially started soccer

Even though Chris was gone on Valentine day he made sure that I was taken care of. He had my mom get the new Lovebird charm. I love it!

Shaggy boy needs a hair cut desperately. He has one first weekend of March.

I have the best kids in first grade. I absolutely love my homeroom. They melt my heart! I will be so sad when the end of the year is here. 

Got my hair colored

I want so bad to go to Bora Bora for our 15th wedding anniversary next summer. But with a Disney trip in the works this summer and possible trip to Durango this December I am not sure if it will happen! 

The girls tend to fight ALOT! I was about to hit rock bottom and then the girls made this for me!

It is busy, busy around here as a single mom. We are trucking right along. We hate that Chris is gone but this is an opportunity of a lifetime. So we continue to count down the days and I think the girls enjoy driving me crazy! 

Chris got supenud (sp) to court so he is flying home Friday and heading to Houston Monday morning. Then he flies out of Houston next Wednesday. We are so pumped he has to come home!

Chris in NY

This past weekend some of the guys from FBI NA went to New York. They got special treatment! They went up to top of freedom towers, got inside Stock Exchange, toured NY police command center and rode with fireman on their boat. I'm so jealous but glad Chris got to experience it.

Fredericksburg, VA

I flew into DC this past weekend to see Chris. He picked me up at the airport and we drove to Fredericksburg, VA. It was a cute historical town.

On Friday and Saturday we ate at Brock's Seafood and Steak. It was so yummy! We stayed downtown at the Marriott and we shopped Saturday morning. We mostly looked at antiques and Civil War stuff. 

 Saturday afternoon we went to one of the Battlefields in Virginia. It was pretty awesome!

 This is the river that many Union soldiers lived on for 3 months

 This cemetery holds 20,000 soldiers

I wish we had more time to visit more Civil War sites but one weekend is not enough time. It was freezing cold. It actually started snowing on us later that evening. When we fly up for Chris' graduation at the FBI NA we are hoping to make it into a longer vacay to see more history.
